The National Council on Privatisation (NCP) is charged with overseeing theprivatisation and commercialisation of public enterprises.

The National Economic Council (NEC) was established by the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999, as amended; Section 153(1) and Paragraphs 18 & 19 of Part I of the Third Schedule.

The Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption (PACAC) was established in August 2015, with the mandate to promote the reform agenda of the government on the anti-corruption effort.

The Presidential Committee on the North East Initiative (PCNI) was established by President Muhammadu Buhari to serve as the primary national strategy, coordination and advisory body for all humanitarian interventions, transformational and developmental efforts in the North-East region of Nigeria.

The Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC) was set up in July 2016 by President Muhammadu Buhari, to remove bureaucratic constraints to doing business in Nigeria, and make the country a progressively easier place to start and grow a business.
