Present were: Minister of Defense Brig Gen Mansur Dan Ali; Chief of Army Lt General T.Y Buratai; Chief of Naval Staff Vice Admiral Ibok Ekwe Ibas; Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, and Inspector General of Police, IGP. Mr. Ibrahim Kpotun Idris. Others are Chief of Staff Mallam Abba Kyari; SGF Mr Boss Mustapha; Director General DSS Mr Yusuf Magaji Bichi; DG NIA Ahmed Rufai Abubakar, and Chief of Defence Intelligence (CDI) Air Vice Marshal Mohammed Saliu Usman.
