PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES CP USMAN SHUGABA, HIS CPSO

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated Police Commissioner Usman Musa Shugaba, his Chief Police Security Officer (CPSO), on his 45th birthday.
